Vacuuming
We will first vacuum your rug to remove dust, dirt, and loose fibers. This prevents them from settling deep into the rug.
Steam Cleaning
We treat minor spills and minor stains. We blot them with a clean, dry commercial special grade cloth to absorb as much liquid as possible. Then a mild detergent and mixture of different cleaning solutions.
Deep Cleaning
Depending on the size and type of rug, we can either clean it in your home or take it to our facility to clean it.
We wash, re-wash and shampoo clean the rug for the ultimate cleanliness.
Drying:
After cleaning we the rug to dry thoroughly. Hanging it to help expedite the drying process and prevent mold growth. We use heat drying fans. This will keep the rug softer longer.
